1987 Buick Regal Grand National WE2 Hardtop
1987 Buick Grand National, 3.8 Liter Turbo V6 Engine. Very well Optioned car with all the goodies. 112k miles shown on the odometer.
Exterior
Car is from the dry State of Colorado. Paint and body shows some age but overall is a nice driver quality example. Has some typical chips, scratches and minor dents. Rust Free floors and trunk are really nice. Some may want to consider an overall paint restoration and others could enjoy the car for what it is and have fun with it at the local Cruse Ins.
Interior
Very clean Black and Gray GN interior has brand new "Highway Stars" seat upholstery and Carpet. Power Driver Seat, Upgraded Stereo System as well as Power Windows and Door Locks. Pillar mount Boost/Oil Pressure Gauges gives it just a little more attitude. Headliner has some sagging and Dash is in nice condition.
Mechanical
The 3.8 Turbo V6 runs Strong. Recently the Original Matching Numbers engine was fully rebuilt. At that time some basic tasteful upgrades were added which include - TE44 turbo, 42.5# Injectors/TT Chip, MAF with translator, K&N filter, and 3" DP and Stainless-Steel Dual Exhaust. Drives and Sounds Amazing. The GN Specific BRF Transmission shifts as it should. No Power master issues here.... Brakes were upgraded to Vacuum assist and work great.
Summary
With the Buick Regal Turbo Market getting out of reach for some this is an Affordable way to become a special member of the Grand National Family. Car Overall a great solid example with typical condition for its age for one that was driven and enjoyed. Car needs it share of minor tweaks and details however is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel and be one of very few seen on the road today. We have a book of receipts for some past history of the car that will go with.
