1948 Ford Deluxe, 2 door, 3.9L FLATHEAD V8 engine. Ford introduced the 239 cu in engine with 3.1875 by 3.75 in (80.96 by 95.25 mm) bore and stroke and 6.15:1 compression in 1939. It produced 95 hp (71 kW) and 170 foot pounds of torque. Pretty much bullet proof and rebuild - able with aftermarket performance cam shafts, headers, dual quad and three 2-barrel intakes, electronic ignition, etc.. Last year of the Deluxe and Super Deluxe made from 1941 - 1948. Shoal Green Metallic Paint. Dead center original AM radio and 2 clear lens curtesy lights. 2 tone 2 texture bench seat and rear seat upholstery vinyl and rib vertical stitched cloth. Gray carpeting. 2 tone black & gray door panels in nice condition. Driver and passenger ash trays top of dash. The interior is driver and passenger designed the only thing missing a tissue dispenser.
