It is by and far among one the most recognizable American classic cars of all time. Production of the second generation Bel Air lasted until 1957, when it was replaced by the Third Generation Chevrolet Bel Air. This last year of the Tri-Five 3 year span 1955 - 1957, received all new body styling and power. It was called the "Hot One" in GM's advertising campaign. The design was crisp, clean and incorporated a Ferrari-inspired grille. The famous 2 speed Powerglide automatic came onto the scene and became popular with street rodders, drag strip drivers, and collectors alike. New Upholstery kit Black & Red vinyl & cloth w correct cloud pattern. New front door panels, rear panels. New vinyl front and rear arm rests. New kick panels, carpet, headliner. Door sills. Original steel dash rebuilt with a combination of era specific replica looking parts and original. Some minor dents, dings and chips. Still presents very well. Reproduction steering with original Bel Air center cap and full circle horn ring. 14" Steel Wheels with Hubcaps and thick White Wall Tires. Very clean and nice build.
