1963 Ford Galaxie Convertible, 390 Big Block V8 Engine, Automatic Transmission, Stunning quality 3 owner survivor with rebuilt engine and other work see listed below. In 1960 the Galaxie became Fords “luxury” flagship car and remained so through 1969. Iconic big round taillights. Pristine bumpers, trim & emblems, front grille and headlight rings, turn signal and taillight lenses in like new condition. Car was originally built in Los Angelas Assembly Plant and sold new in California. The car has a very nice paint job finished in correct Color Code D Medium Turquoise Metallic (Ming Green) with the correct Medium Turquoise Vinyl Interior. New convertible top, radio and mufflers added at time of purchase. Sunday driver for last 20 years. 390 Big Block V8 has Over Head Valves. Hydraulic Cam / Lifters. 300 HP @ 4600 rpm, 427 ft lb torque @ 2800 rpm. 9.6:1 compression pistons. Engine rebuilt in 2010 with new factory cast iron exhaust manifolds. 4-barrel carburetor Rebuilt. Snorkel air cleaner and valve covers. 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Power Front Disk Brakes. New gas tank, fuel pump and accelerator pump in 2022 and 4 new white wall tires. Factory color Peacock Blue B paint presents as new. Garage kept its entire life. Excellent sheet metal fit, lines and gaps. Roll and tuck vinyl interior with stainless highlights, seat Upholstery, front door panels with courtesy lights and ash tray rear panels & carpeting all like new condition.
