This 1971 Plymouth Road Runner is a striking example of Mopar muscle, beautifully restored and ready to impress. Finished in a deep, glossy black paint accented by the iconic white strobe “Dust Trail” stripe and matching white 440 hood callouts, this Road Runner has the look and presence enthusiasts crave. The body is exceptionally straight, the paintwork shows with a high-quality finish, and the details are dialed in from bumper to bumper.

Inside, the legendary white vinyl bucket seat interior with center console and slapstick shifter makes a perfect contrast to the exterior. The interior has been refreshed with brand new seatbelts, showing excellent attention to detail. Comfort and convenience are complemented with factory-style options such as air conditioning, AM/FM radio, power steering, and power brakes.

Powering this Road Runner is a completely rebuilt 440 cubic inch V8 rated at 375 horsepower, paired with a rebuilt 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission and stall converter. The engine build features a long list of upgrades including: ceramic headers, giant aluminum radiator with electric fan, Edelbrock 1407 carburetor, Edelbrock 2087 top end kit, Comp Cams 1621-16 1.5 ratio shaft rockers, Manley chromoly pushrods (3/8 diameter, 9.125" length), a .030 overbore, and a 20/20 crank. Only 600 miles have been logged since the engine and transmission rebuild.
